Warranty conditions

All items you've purchased at The Little Green Bag will get legal garantuee. If you have received an item which has been damaged or deteriorates after a short period of time, we will always try to find a suitable solution. Please contact us, prior to returning your parcel, at service@thelittlegreenbag.com or fill out the complaint form. Enclose a photo of the problem as well as a invoice number to be able to claim your guarantuee. We'll try our very best to solve your complaint.



Article was delivered with a defect or incomplete

In case you have received a damaged item or the wrong item was delivered, please first contact our customer service by filling out our contact form or send an e-mail to service@thelittlegreenbag.com. Always enclose a photo of the problem when sending an email. We would also like to receive your invoice number. We will make sure that you can exchange your order without any costs. It is not needed to start a return process in your account.

Terms and Conditions

All content on this website, orders and agreements are subject to the terms and conditions of The Little Green Bag ("The Little Green Bag", "we", "our", "us"), unless written permission has been given to another agreement. Agreed deviations cannot derive any rights for future transactions. Accepting offers, placing orders and using our services means that you agree with these terms and conditions.

The Little Green Bag's websites and related services are made available to you in accordance with these Terms of Use & Service, and any other rules posted on our sites. Please read the terms and conditions carefully before placing any orders on our sites.

If you are younger than 18 years, your parent or guardian must know about The Little Green Bag's Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy before you register to use this site or any of the site's services.
Be aware that the Terms and Conditions can be modified from time to time. Please read them carefully and check them regularly for the most recent version. When you do not agree to changes in our Terms and Conditions, you must stop using our Site immediately. Changes made after you placed an order will not affect that order, unless we are required to make this change by law.

Prices and costs
All prices that are presented on the Websites of The Little Green Bag are in Euros and all include 21% VAT, with the exception of Germany which includes 19% VAT. Shipping within The Netherlands is free. For all other countries, please consult the list of shipping costs per country below. You will also find the costs of the return process per country. The packages from certain countries will be shipped as DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid). As a recipient, you need to be aware of the (extra) costs for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

When you order more items at one time, the amount of shipping costs does not change.

The Little Green Bag remains the right to make changes to data, prices, terms, notes and conditions as long as the agreement has not yet been agreed to. The Little Green Bag is not liable for typos.

Payment methods
The agreement is concluded when you accept the offer of our products or services and you meet the requirements. As long as the accepting of your payment is not confirmed per email, the customer can cancel the contract.

The owed amount can be fulfilled via Visa, MasterCard, Sofortbanking, iDeal, American Express, PayPal, Bancontact, Giropay and bank transactions.

The owed amount for orders on TheLittleGreenBag.com can be fulfilled via Visa, Sofortbanking, American Express and MasterCard. For some EU countries we also offer local payment methods, like iDeal, Bancontact, Carte Bleue, Giropay, Carta Si and Dankort. You can also choose to pay with PayPal. Once the payment is completed, you will return to TheLittleGreenBag.com. We also offer MultiSafepay and Buckaroo as payment methods. These payment providers handle the processing of the transactions by living up to strict security requirements.

We take care that the transactions on this site are in a safe and secure payment environment, by using a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology.
Now and then we have promotional codes that can be entered during the process of placing your order. The codes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. They cannot be used in combination with any other promotional codes or offers, nor can they be used after the order has been placed.
Postpay is not possible.

Eligibility to make a purchase
In order to make a purchase on websites of The Little Green Bag, you will be required to provide your personal details. You must provide your real name, phone number, email address and other requested information as indicated. You will be required to provide your valid payment details. You must confirm that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided.
The Little Green Bag's website is available only to individuals and others who meet The Little Green Bag's terms of eligibility, who have been issued a valid credit/debit card by a bank acceptable to The Little Green Bag, whose applications are acceptable to The Little Green Bag and who have authorized The Little Green Bag to process a charge or charges on their credit/debit card in the amount of the total purchase price for the merchandise which they purchase. The Little Green Bag reserves the right to restrict multiple quantities of an item being shipped to any one customer or postal address.
You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use for the payment. When payments are made with credit cards, The Little Green Bag reserves the right to check the card's validity, spending limit and verify your address details. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to The Little Green Bag, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Furthermore, you agree that we may use personal information provided by you in order to conduct appropriate anti-fraud checks. Personal information that you provide may be disclosed to a credit reference or fraud prevention agency, which may keep a record of that information.

Offers and orders
Offers with a limited validity or other specifications will be emphatically mentioned. The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the offered products and services. The description is sufficiently detailed to enable a proper consumer's assessment of the products/services. The images used by The Little Green Bag are true representations of the products. We have made every effort to display the products as accurate as possible. The images may vary from computer to computer, because of the settings of the screen.

Each offer contains such information that it is clear for the consumer which rights and obligations are related to the offer when it is accepted by you as consumer. This concerns in particular:
- possible costs of delivery
- price inclusive taxes for countries within the EU (DDU deliveries do not include taxes)
- the manner in which the agreement has been concluded and the necessary signatures
- whether to apply the right of withdrawal
- the method of payment, delivery and performance of the contract

Every order is subject to acceptance and availability. Items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased in the meanwhile by other customers. The Little Green Bag offers products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch from our distribution centre.

Delivery and Execution
All orders that are received by The Little Green Bag from Monday to Friday will be prepared for shipping the same day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or holidays will be prepared for shipping on the following workday.

The address that has been made known by you to The Little Green Bag is considered to be the delivery place. When items have a longer delivery time or cannot be delivered at all, you will be informed by email on the same day. In that case you have the right to terminate the agreement without any further costs. In the event of termination The Little Green Bag will pay back the amount that has been paid as soon as possible but no later than 14 days after the termination.
The Little Green Bag is not liable for delays of any kind that are caused by shipping parties. Nor is The Little Green Bag liable for any kind of damage or loss by our shipping partner. In case of loss or theft, you cannot claim a replacing article or a refund. The Little Green Bag is not liable for any kinds of damage as a consequence of exceeding the announced delivery time.

The Little Green Bag does its utmost best and is very dedicated in the reception of goods and executing the ordered products. Nevertheless, it can occur that some articles are not delivered or are incomplete. When this is the case, you need to report this within 7 days. The Little Green Bag will take care of the costs to complement the order or repeat the delivery.

Baggies
For every euro spent, you receive one Baggie. The Baggies will only be credited for items that are not returned. The Baggies are added to your account 14 to 16 days after you placed the order. When you have collected 300 Baggies, you will automatically receive a discount code with a value of € 15,-. The discount code can be used up to one year after the release of the code. You can only use the discount code on orders with a minimum value of € 25,-.

The discount code cannot be redeemed for cash. If you decide to return the ordered article, your discount code will be activated again.

The provided personal information will only be used for activating the account and processing the order. The information will never be shared with third parties, unless they are directly involved in the execution of the order.

Complaints, returns and exchanges
We do our utmost best to deliver your ordered item in perfect condition. The Little Green Bag recommends inspecting the item thoroughly as soon as you receive it. If the product does not meet up to your expectations, please do not hesitate to contact us per email. The Little Green Bag will do everything that is in her reach to solve the problem or complaint to your satisfaction.
When The Little Green Bag has not received any written complaints per email, The Little Green Bag assumes that she has completely fulfilled her commitments.

You have the right to return the product delivered by The Little Green Bag within 14 days. During this period, you must handle the product and its packing with utmost care. You will only unpack or use the item as far is necessary to determine whether or not you want to keep the product.

The articles can be returned within the cooling off period (the first 14 days) in their original state and packing, along with the printed return form. When making a return or an exchange for another product, you have to fill in the return form, which is enclosed with your original package. You can easily follow the steps on this form to complete your return. Enclose this form with your return package. Make sure you frank your parcel and receive a proof of sending.
During the cooling off period the items should be returned unused and with the designer garment still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer and/or a refund will be refused. Where provided, the packaging, such as dust bags and tags, should be included with your return. You are responsible for payment of the related shipping costs.

When the products are unused and undamaged, and are returned in time and correctly, The Little Green Bag returns the price paid - excluding shipping costs - within 14 days. You will receive a refund for the returned products only. Customs duties are non-refundable. When a payment is made with a gift card from The Little Green Bag or one of her partners, the amount spent will be paid out in a gift card from The Little Green Bag.

When the products are not sent back within 14 days after you received them, the goods are considered as accepted.

If you want to disband the agreement after you have purchased a product, you can do so without giving a reason during 14 days. This period starts on the day the product is delivered.

If you receive a damaged product, you should report this by email within 7 days. You can send this email to: service@thelittlegreenbag.com.
You can also use this email address for other complaints. In the email, please provide full details including date of purchase and order reference number where applicable and your full name, address and contact details. The complaints submitted will be answered within a period of 7 days from the day of receipt. If a complaint has a foreseeable longer processing time, The Little Green Bag will answer within 7 days an acknowledgement and an indication when you will receive a more detailed answer.

Liability
Every liability of harm or damage, of any kind, directly or indirectly from The Little Green Bag, its staff and products are completely excluded. Nor is The Little Green Bag liable for any damage created by a third party whilst fulfilling the agreement. The Little Green Bag is not liable for any harm or damage that derives from the use of products from The Little Green Bag.
The liability of The Little Green Bag is always limited to the maximum spent amount of the purchase of the corresponding article.

The Little Green Bag is not liable for misunderstandings, mutilations, delays or any other kind of improper appearances of orders or statements as a consequence of the use of the Internet or any other communication channels in the communication process between you and The Little Green Bag or third parties that relate to the relationship between you and The Little Green Bag - unless there has been bad intentions or gross negligence.

Force majeure
In a situation of force majeure, The Little Green Bag is suspended from her obligations. If the odds occur and take longer than two months, both The Little Green Bag and you have the right to terminate the agreement without any obligations to pay damages. We speak of force majeure in case of strikes, disruptions, import or export bans, no matter if it occurs at The Little Green Bag or her suppliers.

Privacy
The Little Green Bag respects the privacy of all the users of her website and makes sure to handle all personal information that you provide to us are handled confidential and with care. Your personal data will be used for a correct completion of your order.

Next to processing your order, we will only use your data with your permission for marketing purposes and to maintain the customer relationship. Your personal data will never be shared with third parties, unless they are closely involved in the process of completing your order.

Applicable law
The Dutch law exclusively applies to the agreement between the seller and buyer whereupon these general conditions/terms are related to.
