The lifetime of a garment today is unnecessarily short. The norm is that you buy a sweater, wash it way too often and throw it out way too early. Steamery believes in changing that behavior. The way we treat our clothes today is simply not possible in the long run.

The philosophy of clothing care isn’t something new. Two generations ago everybody knew how to take care of their clothes, but since then the tradition has been forgotten. They wanted to bring it back, but with a modern solution. That’s why their founders Frej, Petra and Martin started Steamery in 2014. At Steamery, their mission is to inspire and educate people to take better care of their clothes in order to make them last longer. The brand does that by creating smart, minimalistic and modern clothing care products that they believe will forever change the way we treat our clothes.

Delicate Wash
Do you have problems with woolen sweaters getting small holes and increasing pilling? Maybe you even suspect fur beetles or moths in your wardrobe? This mild detergent is especially made to effectively clean and, at the same time, nourish delicate materials such as wool and silk. Smelly clothes? Steamery Sports Wash to the rescue, at 30 degrees only! A high-tech laundry detergent developed to gently care for materials made from synthetic and cotton fibers. The Sports Wash is neutralizing all kinds of unwanted odors. The formula contains active enzymes that really gets the job done, even at low temperatures. Lint Brush
Everyday life leaves traces on your clothes. This modern garment brush is a sustainable alternative to the old tape roller – keeping your clothes and furniture flawless and free from hair, dust, fuzz, dandruff and you name it. The bristle is made of a polyester weave where all the tiny bristles are pointed in the same tilted direction. Thus, when moving the brush against the bristles, the bristle will lift and catch the lint, hair, dandruff, shallow and dirt. Twist the handle 2–3 times to clean the brush. Push on the lid on top of the brush to empty the container.
