Denmark's Petites Pommes Classic Floats have created a new category for summer must-haves with their iconic pool floats. When the founders of Petites Pommes, Celine Kold Westerberg and Anna Rodhe, were looking for high-quality floats in subtle colours for their daughters Anna and Olivia, they could only find contemporary and brightly coloured standard designs. So they came up with the idea of making their own floats, but the attractive and high-quality variety. Thus, the original striped OLIVIA Swim Ring was launched in the summer of 2019, soon to be followed by many other designs.

The Petites Pommes Classic Floats collection consists of a palette of earthy colours inspired by sand and shells, and fresh colours such as yellow, orange and green. Quality

At Petites Pommes Classic Floats, they take their impact very seriously. That's why their products have a timeless design and durable thickness to withstand changing trends and seasons to come. All Petites Pommes floats are made from durable and resistant PVC that is free from BPA and phthalates and thicker than most commercially available floats. Why PVC? PVC is still the only material with the unique properties required to make a waterproof inflatable float. All Petites Pommes products are tested and comply with EU standards for children's products and specific European requirements for floaties.

As many swim rings tear easily over time and need to be replaced often, Petites Pommes has decided to use thicker and more durable material for the production of their swim rings. The OLIVIA and ANNA rings have a thickness of 0.25 mm, while the CELINE Grand Float is slightly thicker at 0.3 mm. If it does happen that a Petites Pommes float has developed a small leak, it can be easily repaired with the repair patch. All Petites Pommes swimming pools are printed by hand. As this process is entirely manual, there may be slight colour differences between products depending on the hand printing.

Care

Petites Pommes encourages anyone who owns a Petites Pommes swim ring to treat it so that it lasts longer. This reduces the need for unnecessary waste production. For example, it is important to rinse the pool float with clean, cold water and make sure it is dry before you store it, as residual water can cause bacteria. Do not leave the float in direct sunlight when not in use as excessive heat can cause it to swell. Never over inflate the pool or use a compressed air pump to inflate the pool as this can cause cracking.
