MarMar Copenhagen is a Danish fashion brand for boys and girls from 0 to 16 years that was founded in 2008 and designed by Marlene Holmboe. The MarMar Copenhagen collection consists of refined, classic and luxurious items that are made with love and the aim is to last, both in design and quality. MarMar Copenhagen produces two main collections each year, a spring and summer collection and an autumn and winter collection. In addition, the brand presents four smaller collections throughout the year and the NOOS collection, in which the perfect basics are always in stock. MarMar Copenhagen produces mainly in Europe, with 70% of current production being OEKO-TEX certified. When a product carries the STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX label, customers can be sure that every component, down to every thread, button or other finish, has been tested for harmful substances. In many cases, the STANDARD 100 by OEKO-TEX limits go beyond national and international requirements. The criteria are updated annually in accordance with new scientific knowledge or legal requirements. Flexible and soft modal

Since the foundation of MarMar Copenhagen in 2008, the fabric modal has been the basis of every collection made by MarMar Copenhagen. The modal products from the MarMar Copenhagen collections are made of material that consists of a mix of modal and cotton, with some items containing elastane for more comfort and freedom of movement. Ideal for children! The special thing about this blend is that it regulates absorption and releases moisture, which means that the fabric is breathable and adapts to the body's natural temperatures.

The fibres in the material retain a long-lasting colour and shine, even after many, many washes. In addition, the fibres in modal are very flexible, which makes the fabric feel naturally soft on the skin. Mixing modal with other fibres significantly improves the softness of the fabric, and thus the overall wearing comfort. Modal fibres are mainly produced from beechwood from sustainable forests in Austria and neighbouring countries in a closed system, a natural and renewable source of raw materials.
